The 22nd China International Food Additives and Ingredients Exhibition ( FIC ) grandly opened again at National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) on 22th Mar, 2018. This year there were 1408 domestic and overseas exhibitors crossing five continents from over 70 countries and regions, and tens of thousands professional visitors came to show. This year, the five exhibitions halls (Hall 5.1, 5.2, 6.1, 6.2 and WH) had been divided into five pavilions with three themes.
